The Central lowa Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) began holding meetings in August 2024. Our purpose is to create an organization where landlords and real estate investors of all levels of experience and backgrounds come together for education and to share information and deals.

We learn how the most current legal changes affect investors and provide a voice for those investors in the lowa legislature. The core work of the REIA is staying up to date in an ever-changing field, and networking at in-person meetings with new ideas, deals, and loans.

Guided by three investors who have experience as landlords, lenders, and rehabbers with the passion to continue learning, the association seeks to create a relationship with all investors who desire to learn how to better manage their businesses, give back to their communities and contribute to the continued improvement of the Association.
